What is the Holley Roary Scholarship? This scholarship emphasizes the value of leadership in volunteering and contributing to the good of their local community. It will be awarded based on involvement in community service, demonstration of leadership qualities, and academic excellence. The application process will include a short interview held by Holley Rotarians. Any graduating senior in the Holley Central School District can apply for this scholarship.
